Išėjo Amarok 2 RC1 grotuvo versija

Pagaliau po ilgo laukimo išėjo tikrai dėmesio verta Amarok 2 versija. Verta, nes tai pirmoji versija, kurioje iš esmės nebus pridedama naujų funkcijų. Susidiegę Amarok 2 RC1 jūs matysite Amarok 2 galutinės versijos pirmtaką.

Kalbant bendrai, Amarok judėjimas yra labai sveikintinas. Amarok 2 neišleidimas iš esmės „sugadino“ tokias distribucijas kaip Kubuntu 8.10. Jose jau būtų buvę galima atsisakyti KDE3 bibliotekų, nes jas naudojo daugiausiai tik Amarok 1.4, kuris ir yra Kubuntu 8.10 sistemoje. Deja, papildomos nereikalingos bibliotekos iš tiesų nėra gerai bet kokioje Linux distribucijoje. Mat Kubuntu 8.10 numatytai naudojama KDE4, o ne KDE3, kuriam pritaikytas Amarok 1.4. Tuo tarpu Amarok 2 yra pritaikytas būtent KDE4.

Bet kokiu atveju, atkreipkite dėmesį į tai, jog iš dalies pamelavau – šioje versijoje daugiausiai buvo tik klaidų ištaisymai, o ne funkcijų patobulinimai. Todėl taip pat iš dalies galime teigti, jog Amarok 2 galutinę versiją jau turėtume įsivaizduoti pagal ankstesniąją Beta 3 versiją.

Grįžtant prie Kubuntu 8.10, neseniai pasirodė oficialus pranešimas, skelbiantis, jog Amarok 2 RC1 paketai jau įtraukti į Kubuntu repozitorijas ir Amarok 2 turėtų būti sudiegiama automatiškai per atnaujinimus, jeigu turite įsidėję launchpad.net repozitoriją. Deja, tai greičiausiai nepašalins KDE3 bibliotekų, tačiau visgi Amarok 2 išbandyti tikrai galėsite.

Įdiegiame Amarok 2 RC1 Kubuntu 8.10 sistemoje
Tam tereikia atsidaryti terminalą ir naudojantis komanda „sudo nano -w /etc/apt/sources.list“ prirašyti atidarytame faile tokią eilutę:

Spustelėkite „Ctrl“ + „X“ klavišų kombinaciją, parašykite „y“ ir spauskite „Enter“. Taip išsaugojate sources.list failą. Dabar atnaujinkite apt-get „kešą“ komanda:

Ir palaukite, kol kelių dienų bėgyje jūsų sistemos atnaujinimų valdiklis sudiegs naująją Amarok versiją. Arba galite tai padaryti patys komanda:

Sutikite, jeigu jūsų ko nors klaus ar norite diegti atitinkamus paketus, palaukite, kol bus parsiųsti ir įdiegti paketai ir naudokitės naująja Amarok 2 versija.
