NVIDIA išleido naujas 180.51 Linux tvarkykles

Kartu su šiuo atnaujinimu gausite dar daugiau vaizdo procesorių palaikymų: GeForce GT 130, GeForce GT 140, GeForce GTS 250, GeForce 9400GT ir GeForce 9600GSO 512MB. Šioje versijoje ištaisyta daug klaidų, kurios sukeldavo sistemos nulūžimus naudojant GeForce 9 ir naujesnius GPU. Taip pat ištaisyta OpenGL 16-bit RGB Workstation Overlay klaidos, VDPAU darbas su H.264 ant tam tikrų GPU ir keletas kitų klaidų. Pagaliau nebekils problemų su atminties valdymu naudojant „compositing manager“. Ši tvarkyklių versija suderinama su Linux 2.6.30 branduoliu.
Ši NVIDIA tvarkyklių versija jau veikia su GeForce 6 ir 7 GPU.

• Fixed a bug that prevented VGA fonts from being saved/restored correctly on GeForce 8 and later GPUs.
• Improved compatibility with recent Linux kernels.
• Reduced CPU usage of nvidia-smi utility for reporting Quadro Plex information.
• Fixed compatibility problem with LandMark GeoProbe.
