Populiaraus BitTorrent tinklų kliento Linux sistemoms Transmission kūrėjai vėl išleido smulkų atnaujinimą Transmission'ui. Jį jau galite parsisiųsti iš Transmission namų svetainės arba įsidiegti per sistemos paketų valdiklį.

Prieš šiek tiek laiko buvo vėl atnaujinta „Wine“ į 1.1.19 versiją. Šioje versijoje matysite daugiausiai klaidų ištaisymus.

Šį balandžio mėnesį Sun išleido didelį atnaujinimą VirtualBox virtualizacijos programinei įrangai. Pakeitimų nėra ypatingai daug, tačiau juk kuo daugiau klaidų ištaisymų - tuo geriau.
Šioje versijoje Sun įtraukė 3D palaikymą Linux ir Solaris sistemoms, 64-bitų sistemose padidino RAM limitus iki 16 GB, įtraukė papildomus VMDK failų palaikymus, nustatė, jog audio adapteris būtų įjungtas automatiškai grafinėje sąsajoje ir t. t.

Visai neseniai VideoLAN išleido atnaujinimą populiariajam vaizdo ir garso grotuvui VLC.
Ši versija yra paskutinė iš 0.9 šakos ir joje naujų funkcijų nepastebėsite, tai tik eilinis atnaujinimas su klaidų ištaisymais. Tačiau šioje versijoje greičiausiai pastebėsite, jog pradėtas naudot eksperimentinis natyvus dekoderis RealVideo 3.0 ir 4.0 versijoms naudojant FFmpeg. Taip pat atlikta daug klaidų ištaisymų RealMedia „demuxer'yje“. Visa tai turėtų pagerinti RealMedia failų palaikymą visose platformose.
Lapkričio 6 d. buvo išleista 0.9.6 versija.
